  • Wax(Oil) phase Vessel and water phase vessels, with Agitator and Heating arrangement.
  • Batch storage vessel.
  • Transfer pump & recirculation pump.
  • Vaccum tranfer system for wax & water to manufacture vessle.
  • Vaccum pump for main vessel.
  • Metering pump.
  • Working platform with ladder and railing and interconnecting pipeline and valves with T. C. fittings.
  • All product contact parts SS 316 and Non contact parts SS 304.
  • Load cell facility for process control.
  • Plant suitable for all type of cream, loations, ointments, gels, toothpaste and other personal care products.
  • Plant cGMP qualified
  • Auto control of process by PLC system.
